Herb and Garlic Brine

When the pandemic first started, we had a tough time finding our usual chicken breasts, ground turkey, beef etc. I’m not usually a huge fan of pork chops but my hubby picked some up and I got to work on how I could make them something the whole family would love. Enter a delicious Herb and Garlic Brine that makes your chops juicy and so tender! Turns out the brine is the key!


This brine could absolutely be used for other cuts of meats such as turkey, but we thoroughly enjoyed it with the pork.
