Simple Soy, Hoisin & Gochujang Marinade

Salty, sweet and a hint of spicy makes this marinade versatile and usable on pretty much anything. Stir Fry, chicken, salmon, a drizzle over some wings...you can pretty much use it for anything!




I currently have some scallops marinating in it right now which I plan to broil this evening alongside some roasted Brussels Sprouts.


This is a super easy marinade that you can mix and add to raw chicken or you can cook down until a bit thicker to use for a stir fry sauce. Completely up to you!
